Details of 2 different Dodge WC 56/57/58 door latches |

| The first style of door latches is a simple welded metal piece with cast iron kind of wing nut on the inside. |
| As these style is shown on vintage photos from the Dodge factory in 1942 and shown clearly on a 1941 |
| Command Car I think this style is early. |
| Of course it might be that both latch styles are used during the same time period! |
| Any further information would be highly appriciated. |
